 I didn't know how angry I apparently still am about last year's DCBB until I realised how annoyed I am about every single post I see being excited about this year's. I thought I was over that.

I wonder if I could just, you know, sign up for it next year and re-submit last year's fic and whether they would <i>ever actually bother noticing</i>. I might even get some art for it. :P

I hear ya. It was so rude the way they... well, didn't run it. I'm more annoyed about their policing of content, but it's their BB, so they can do what they like, I'm just not writing it. Not that I would write under-18 characters, but fandom is about not censoring each other, so there. (Unless they're Australian, in which case, I understand why they excluded it.)
