Oh, I complain a lot. :) Putting a slice of aloe vera inside the dressing overnight really helped (though of course it meant there was dramatically wrinkled skin in the morning in addition to the welt) - it was hardly hurting at all after that. In fact, it was so good that I did a lot of gardening yesterday and forgot to wear gloves, failed to notice when the dressing came off, and forgot about the burn itself altogether until it started hurting, and I looked down to realise it had broken open and I'd rubbed an impressive amount of dirt into it. Because I am clever like that.
